If there is one thing that can jump start your leadership, this is it

In 2010 I had a leader who spent a tremendous amount of time developing himself which in turn developed his team.  
 
He was a huge fan of Napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich.
 
On a quarterly basis we would come together to intentionally
 
Develop ourselves
 
And
 
Develop as a team
 
Which resulted in moving the business forward.
 
On one of these occasions, he challenged us to create our vision.
 
What we truly desired to achieve in our career.
 
I remember my vision I created incredibly clear.
 
I wanted to wake up and watch the sunrise drinking a cup a coffee. I’d own my own business and have full autonomy to lead my team and serve my clients without limitations.
 
I had no clue how I would create that vision, but I was incredibly clear on it. I could feel it.
 
Fast forward to today.
 
✅ I wake up every morning to the sunrise
✅ I have a beautiful balcony that sits on the water to drink my coffee and watch it rise
✅ I own my own business
✅ I have full autonomy
✅ I lead my team and serve my clients without limitations
 
I created EXACTLY what I desired.
 
Now. The business isn’t what I thought it would be.
 
The location isn’t the same.
 
But the experience I desired is.
 
If you haven’t created your vision, where you truly desire to be, consider there’s no clear destination.
 
And without that, there’s confusion.
 
And you and your team will keep reliving your current experience without any change.
