About Michelle Cox

As a business leader and certified Executive Coach, Michelle possesses over 20 years of executive experience and a track record of achieving long-term results. Her coaching style is characterized by simplicity, sincerity, and boldness. Michelle believes in holding her clients accountable for their commitments and ensuring they follow through on their promises.

Throughout Cox’s professional journey, she's had the
privilege of collaborating with business executives and associates from around the globe. Her career has primarily been spent in the corporate sector, where she led teams, spearheaded innovative thought leadership, and drove strategic initiatives across organizations.

From Corporate Coach to Executive Leadership Coach

In 2014, while leading teams in corporate America, Michelle enrolled in an Executive Coach training program that transformed her leadership style. This program equipped Cox with the skills to not only drive strategy but also to coach other leaders on how to lead intentionally and effectively by implementing new skill sets for success.

As a result, Michelle established an organization filled with empowered individuals who generate superior results through collaborative efforts. Currently, Michelle works with clients to help them achieve similar results.

Michelle’s passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential has led her to where she is today. Collaborating with her clients is an honor and a source of inspiration. Working together, their businesses or organizations are built into
something truly special.

In 2017, Michelle made the decision to leave the corporate world behind and pursue her passion for working with executives to achieve their goals. This meant giving up an amazing job that provided her with financial stability and a team she loved. However, the freedom of having complete autonomy over her daily work was an incomparable benefit.

Cox’s mission of empowering Executives and Entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership capabilities and unlock their leader's and organizations' potential is fulfilled daily with each client she works with.

Personally...

Cox has a passion for traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures. Michelle has had the privilege of traveling and working extensively in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Jamaica, while also indulging in personal travel to London, Paris, Vienna, Prague, Costa Rica, Aruba, Mexico, and Guatemala. Out of all these destinations, London and Vienna remain her favorites to date.

She's an avid runner and has previously completed a half marathon and runs with a team in the Fall50 each year.

Family holds a special place in Michelle’s heart and feels incredibly blessed to have them living close by.
